Attorney at Law, PhD in Law
Head of the Board, IMVRRA Foundation
Author and Coordinator of the Legal Forces of Ukraine project
Nataliia Tselovalnichenko is an attorney and human rights defender who, since 2014, has been systematically working on the protection of the rights of victims of the Russian Federation's armed aggression against Ukraine.
In her practice, she combines classical legal advocacy with the development of new legal approaches and the building of mechanisms that allow communities and individuals to effectively defend their rights.
Her work takes place amid the transformation of Ukraine's legal system — in conditions of high legal uncertainty, institutional constraints, and the necessity of creating new solutions from scratch.
Working under conditions of systemic resistance to change
Complex inter-institutional coordination (local governments, state bodies, law enforcement)
Launching processes where no ready instruments exist
Developing approaches to documenting and recovering damages in real-world conditions
Nataliia Tselovalnichenko is the author and initiator of the Legal Forces of Ukraine (LFU) project — a systemic mechanism aimed at the recovery of damages suffered by Ukrainian territorial communities, businesses, and citizens.
The project combines legal, organizational, and financial instruments for the formation, support, and realization of claims against the aggressor state.
Rule of law
Independence of attorney practice
Professional responsibility
Integrity in working with clients and partners
Systemic approach to complex legal problems
The focus of activity is the creation of instruments that enable communities to act independently and effectively under wartime and post-war recovery conditions.
The key approach is building solutions that work in real-world conditions — taking into account the limitations of the system, human factors, and resources. The accumulated experience is used to create mechanisms capable of changing existing practice and laying the foundation for systemic recovery of damages to Ukraine.
