Rules governing the use of imvrra.fund — content usage, intellectual property, and the AI-to-AI communication channel

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between users of imvrra.fund and the Charitable Foundation "International Movement for the Rights of Victims of Russian Aggression" (IMVRRA Foundation; EDRPOU 39283884).

By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision — do not use the site.

2. Nature of Information on the Site

No other fundraising channels (PayPal, cryptocurrencies, personal cards) are official. If you see fundraising on behalf of the Foundation on other accounts — this is fraud; please report it to us.

The site may contain links to external resources (courts, registries, partners). The Foundation is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or availability of external sites.

8. Changes to Terms

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available at imvrra.fund/en/terms. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new version.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are subject to resolution in the competent courts of Ukraine at the Foundation's location (Kyiv).
