Turning War Damage into Enforceable Justice

A structured legal approach to compensation and recovery for communities affected by war.

48 territorial communities already in the system

We are building a mechanism, not collecting donations

IMVRRA Foundation is a Ukrainian charitable organization working to restore justice, support Ukrainian communities, and strengthen national resilience.

The Foundation develops and supports systemic initiatives in two key areas: compensation and legal recovery for communities affected by Russian aggression; training and practical support in the field of security and defense.

The problem is systemic. So is our approach.

Today, many communities bear real losses yet lack the legal, organizational, and financial capacity to transform these losses into structured compensation claims.

Damages undocumented

Without proper legal framing, losses remain scattered and unactionable.

No legal capacity

Local governments lack resources for sustained legal action at scale.

Accountability delayed

The cost of war stays on the victims unless structured claims are built now.

"The financial and legal burden of war must be shifted to the aggressor — not remain on the communities that suffered."
